The next Florida Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses Meeting is on January 9th at 9:30 am at FNA Headquarters in Orlando.
During our last meeting Cindy Parson suggested reading "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable" and while doing a little online research I ran across the below. I have read it and found it to be a quick read as Cindy had said. If you have not done so please try to read it prior to our meeting on January 9th. I think you will agree that it will give us a good basis for meaningful dialogue building on what we accomplished in October. Much of it is geared towards the business world but is definitely transferable to our team and also to your association's teams as well.
