National Nurse Practitioner Week November

Hope all Florida NP  membership groups are preparing for NP Week 2025! National Nurse Practitioner (NP) Week which began in 1994 when AANP establishd the annual celebratoin to recognize our contrutions to health care!  This is celebrated annually in November, typically during the second full week, to recognize the vital role of NPs in healthcare. The week serves to celebrate the clinical expertise, contributions to patient care, and efforts of all NPs to increase healthcare accessibility. In 2025, NP Week is scheduled for November 9–15th. Be sure to thank your colleagues for their partnership and support as well. Its a great time to educate patients and staff about our role. Remember what Dr. Ford always said. " Your Profession is Nursing, Your Role is Nurse Practitioner"!
