NPs and Friends Walk for Senator Altman

Dear Colleagues,

We Need Your Help.
We have been asked to support Senator Thad Altman in a Super Walk for his re-election bid. Walkers will distribute information to voters about Senator Altman. You can also volunteer to drive or work a phone bank.

We are asking for people to help This Saturday July 26 in the AM in Cocoa Beach.
There are other events that you may attend if you would like but we are focusing on Saturday AM.

Why is this important: Because Republican Senate Leadership will also be walking. We are weak in the senate and this is an opportunity for us to walk with leadership and talk with them too. FLANP lobbyist, Chris Floyd, is in charge of Altman's campaign and is working to get our issues heard. We need to show that NPs are serious and willing to engage in the political process.

Remember in politics, as in life, its who you know. :) Bring family and friends or anyone who will walk. They do not have to be NPs.
