Private Telehealth Practice

Preceptorship is based on needs of the student. This is discussed at interview to determine suitability.

Currently I am employed with a wonderful company called Thrive Behavioral Sciences. We are based out of Tampa however, we have an office in Orlando. We provide contract psychiatric services to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities in Central Florida. The student will learn assessment, diagnosis, medication management with adult patients with a variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc... as well as the requirements of a complete psychiatric assessment note. It will be a wonderful experience!! I look forward to being your preceptor.

Provides psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric patients ages 40-100 as well as performs psychometric scale testing.

Optum is a primary care and/or internal medicine atmosphere. We offer services to Medicare recipients and/or fee for service individuals. It is a wonderful atmosphere for learning.

Age group 55 and older. Some of our clients are younger but not younger than 20.

I am currently at Infectious Disease ARNP where I treat adults, COVID, pneumonia, sepsis, Osteomyelitis, endocarditis, cellulitis and other soft skin tissue infections, Bacteremia, STDs, HIV, intraabdominal infections, the list goes on, and some Internal Medicine. *I work for a private practice that sees patients specifically in the hospital, the following hospitals depending on my daily assignment: Advent Health WP, Advent Health East , and Oviedo Medical Center. The days most likely I can do are Mondays, Wednesday Thur and some Fridays, Sat/Sunday when it's my weekend to work. ** I do charge a personal preceptor fee of $18-$25 per clinical hour needed with maximum$1500. It can vary depending on the number of hours you need, your goals, complexity, etc. **I also count travel time in your clinical hours as well since you are making a sacrifice for your education. All information, including any agreements, patient information, charges, etc. are strictly confidential, and failure to comply will result in immediate forfeiture of preceptorship, and there are no refunds/no exceptions, cash only.
